Mineral filled compounds, masterbatches and additives

We are proud to offer an extensive range of prime virgin mineral filled compounds and masterbatches.

Mineral filled compounds we have available are and not limited to, Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3), Barium Sulphate (BaSO4), Glass Fibre, Talcum.

The compounds are direct moulding or extrusion filled polymers that are used to enhance, support or provide working environment longevity for the final application part.

The mineral filled masterbatch’s are highly concentrated additive components that deliver exceptionally high quality and performance for high cost saving and end product enhancements for demanding manufacturing operations.

The Compound Range

This range of Compounds is manufactured for the direct injection moulding or extrusion of final products.

The range extends to varying degrees of mineral content from 10 – 85 % dependant on the mineral used, the application requirements and the operating environment.

All the compounds are of outstanding high quality that have superior additive packages blended within them to provide the optimum and maximum moulding quality and performance needed for the application.

Specific tailor made products can also be manufactured upon request based upon MOQ factory production runs.

Glass Fiber Reinforced Compounds

The material exhibits high hardness, rigidity, high impact resistance, heat resistance, low coefficient of elongation, and a low mold shrinkage rate.

BRC GF Series

This is designed for 3-layer composite pipes with low elongation, rigidity, hardness, heat, and impact resistance, offering an alternative to foiled pipes and ensuring water quality without sweating or elongation issues.

Talc Filled Compositions

The material exhibits a rigid structure with high rigidity, impact resistance, heat resistance, a low coefficient of elongation, and a low mold shrinkage rate, making it suitable for both injection molding and extrusion applications.

Calcium Carbonate Filled Compositions

The material features a rigid structure with high rigidity, impact resistance, heat resistance, lower costs, and a low mold shrinkage rate.

Barium Sulfate Filled Compositions

The material possesses high density, heat resistance, rigidity, hardness, and a low mold shrinkage rate.

The Masterbatch Range

This range of masterbatches is manufactured for the addition to prime virgin polymers for varying reasons of cost reduction, impact resistance, improved stiffness, more environmentally friendly and much more.

The range extends to varying degrees of mineral content from 10 – 85 % dependant on the mineral used.

All the masterbatches are of outstanding high quality that have superior additive packages blended within them to provide the optimum and maximum addition percentage, which give competitive edge in both performance and cost.

Specific tailor made products can also be manufactured upon request based upon MOQ factory production runs.

Polypropylene (PP) Filled Masterbatch

Polypropylene compounds filled with Calcium Carbonate (Calcite, CaCO3).

It can be used in many areas as a general purpose filling material.

Polyethylene (PE) Filled Masterbatch

Can be used in various applications such as PE FILM Bag production (HDPE, MDPE, LDPE) and pipe extrusion, injection printing, and blow molding; leveraging the cost advantage of Calcium Carbonate, these are environmentally friendly products.

Polystyrene (PS) Filled Masterbatch

High Impact Polystyrene compounds filled with 50% to 80% Calcium Carbonate (HIPS, Antishock). It can be used in many areas as a general purpose filling material.
